Quality Early Childcare Design

At DesignHQ we recognise the importance of quality education and care delivered in an environment conducive to quality learning outcomes.   If you are looking to develop an early childhood education centre or redevelop an existing one, then DesignHQ Educare should be your first stop.   Tony Fitzpatrick of DesignHQ Educare has over 8 years experience in the operation and management of early childhood centres.   Having operated Little Footsteps in Scott Street, Blenheim since 2002, Tony and his wife Angela took on the challenge in 2008 of opening an additional Under 2's educational centre, in what would generally be considered one of the worst pre-schools anywhere.   After considerable thought and hard work this centre (Little Footsteps John Street) was opened in December 2008 and quickly established itself as a model early learning environment, loved by all who use it, children, staff, parents and even tertiary education providers.

Tony has also been involved with the design of a number of preschools, as well as being chairman of the Awatere Early Learning Centre, which is in the process of trying to establish a pre-school in Seddon, Marlborough.

So when it comes to designing an early childcare environment that will really work, you need to employ a designer who can not only understand the regulations, but who also understands the business and pedagogy of early childhood education.
