Stunning home in Covent Gardens

The breif for this project called for a thoroughly modern house for a streamside site in the prestigious Covent Gardens development in Blenheim.   The owner wanted a Hebel Block home that was going to provide plenty of entertaining space and an integral lap pool, along with spacious bedrooms.

The result is a stunningly modern home, that turns heads from the moment visitors enter Covent gardens.  The mix of plastered Hebel Block and Nu-wall aluminum cladding, generous upper level decks, and double height entry foyer make this a home that definitely stands out from it's neighbours.   An enclosed northern courtyard provides absolute privacy for entertaining and using the lap pool.  Accessed by generous sliding doors this home has true indoor outdoor living.
