Our clients, an elderly couple, looking to relocate from the Marlborough Sounds to a sloping site in the Marlborough Ridge development overlooking the Fairhall Golf Course, wanted a house to suit their lifestyle and to also incorporate a range of antique furnishings they have aquired over the years.   The upper level is able to be closed off from the lower guest level providing them with a large home for accomodating their family when they visit while at the same time allowing them the ability to only heat and use that part of the house they need on a day-to-day basis.

Featuring a seperate formal dining room, grand entrance and spacious decks all enjoying the view to the west over the neighbouring golf course.
